The saga continues...

Hi all,

 

Joined talk talk on the 3rd of This month and still don't have a connection. 

 

3 failed engineer visits where I was asked to wait at home, no one arrived. Called the tech support team who told me every time that the engineer wasn't booked on an appointed visit so wouldn't attend however they were sorry and would rebook. Guess What, same again. 

 

Engineer arrives yesterday to replace master socket and checks the line. Requires attention at the exchange and I call talk talk for an update. Not to worry they say, I'll be online tonight. 

 

Needless to say after 11 days I'm still not connected. 

 

Apparently customer services were going to call on 3 occasions but never did. 

 

My question is - how on earth do I get someone to connect me and give me a straight answer with a definite timeline? How hard can it really be?
