I got home yesterday to find I had no internet connection. Did the normal troubleshooting steps to no avail. I called TT and they tried various things including a reset at the exchange, still no joy. On my second call I was told it was being escalated to the SMC. This morning I borrowed a router and Openreach modem from a friend and tried them, voila, Openreach modem was the problem. Can you tell me how to go about getting a replacement as my mate wants his back?
