I have fibre broadband at home from talktalk but for the past 3 months my Huawei HG533 router keeps dropping wifi connection randomly and encounters unexpected restarts?
The router is running the latest v1.20t firmware
I tried the following:
Complete reset of HG533 to factory default settings and done later also tried to change the wireles channel but still the hg533 router is cutting both wifi connection and lan.
If the PC is connected directly (wired) to the openreach modem only then the internet connection is stable however with the HG533 router its unstable.
Please help!
P.S i find this experience very annoying and this router is now over 18 months old from talktalk. HG533 not so reliable.
