Fibre has been unusable now for 2 weeks

Fibre has been unusable now for 2 weeks now, it started with constant drop outs and now it has progressed to very little uptime

I have been on phone and been told the line is fine, which simply isn't true, I have tried 3 routers and I was told an engineer would be sent which hasn't happened, on top of all this happening right after my service fees were increased significantly "in order to maintain quality" yet I have never had an issue with the line other than minor downtimes during the night which were negligible

I want this fixed and I want reimbursement for the horribly timed broken line which made arranging Christmas an absolute nightmare
