no broadband signal

Hi OCEs

 

I am a long term customer and I got my fibre service activated yesterday. For the entire day it worked perfectly - I run few speed test and it was consistently around 35/37 mbs.

 

However this morning there is no broadband signal at all (i.e. broadband and internet leds are both off) - router Huawei HG633.

I tried to switch it off/on - also disconnecting it from the main power for few seconds. But the issue has not been solved.

 

I even tried to connect the old router (HG533) - the ADSL led is flashing but it doesn't sync.

 

The phone is working regularly with no noise.

 

Could you please have a look into this and let me know what the problem might be?
