I have your medium fibre broadband package and was getting 38 MB download speed. It is now running at about 20 MB.
BT Openreach came out yesterday and tested the line and found no faults. He said the line can support speeds up to 68 MB. He changed the faceplate on the main socket but this has not made a difference. Said to refer back to you to see if you can do anyhting else from your end?
Thanks
