I've had fibre for a few month now it was fine to start with although the upload speed was a lot slower than quoted it was sufficient for my requirements.... but as time has gone by it has gradually got slower to the point where I am getting slower internet than before I upgraded. This bothers me as I'm still being charged for the fibre upgrade but I am definitely not receiving it. Any help with the matter would be much appreciated, thank you.
