Faulty white TT Router. Need replacement asap

Hi my original white tt fibre router no longer powers on. I had a call with tt on monday. I requested a replacement router then. Can any of the mods tell me if it has been requested and dispatched? at present i have no internet so can anyone help? It started with the wifi not being picked up and then went to just the ADSL light flashing and none of other lights were lit up. No it wont even power on since then. The BT Openreach DSL modem is light up for the DSL connection.
