I would like to report a fault on my line. Not sure if I can do it here. Anyway I`ve been having some small problems with my Internet connection this has been going on for a while (small dropouts on connection) it only happens for a few seconds. However, it can happen at any time.
In addition, a relative of mine says she always has problems when we dial her. She always says she cannot hear us when we speak but we can hear her. Yet when she rings us its Ok, she can hear us and visa versa. I`ve never thought about this as no one else has said this so never gave it much thought. So I thought I would test my phone, which is plugged into the master socket the main BT connection. When I press `1` on the plug in phone and leave it a few seconds (six seconds approx.) a voice comes up with a message saying `Sorry there is a fault, please hang up`
So can some please look into this for me. Thanks. My normal internet speed seems fine I moved up to large fibre and down loads/uploads seem fine. I`m hoping this phone message problem is also connected to my drop out internet problem. I was having this drop out issue when I was on normal fibre speed before I moved up to large I even think the fault was there on standard broadband as well.
Thank You

After looking up on it more I believe this phone message is normal and is not a sign of a fault
