Hi for the last four days I have had no broadband. On my Openreach box DG612 I see no DSL light on. After a couple of resets on the DG612 I still have no DSL light on. Have reported the fault and had a text message to say "From TalkTalk: We have checked your service and we think everything should be working. If not, please call 02034415550 from a mobile when you are at home". DONT LIKE THE WE THINK. Well it's not working and I am not getting anywhere. I am on the East Grinstead Exchange in West Sussex.
Can any TalkTslk personnel look into this?
