Hi folks,
Since yesterday (Sunday, Jan 3) at around 3.30pm, our broadband connection has been dropping constantly. Roughly every 10-15 minutes under use. For example, we spent the latter half of yesterday fighting to watch a single episode of a streaming show from Amazon.
When the connection goes, it drops completely -- red light on router -- and you have to wait for it to come back. The speed with which it returns is random... sometimes it's moments, other times it'll sit with a red light for a few minutes before finding its feet.
I've come to start work this morning and found that it's still doing it. The logs indicate a number of droppages overnight, too. Every time it goes, it gives the same message in the logs:
WAN connection INTERNET_TR069_R_VID_101:IPv4 disconnected.(ERROR_NO_CARRIER)
Could you check this out for me, please? We did have some issues with the dial tone on our standard telephone line disappearing, but that seems to be resolved.
Thanks!
