Weeks before xmas, I experienced a total loss of service of both medium fibre and landline. 2 weeks and 2 engineers later, the phone line was replaced and I got service back.
The only problem is, and it's a biggy, is that my broadand speed is about four times slower than before I lost service. I've waited it out, but it's not rectifying itself. Checked router settings and it is VDSL, so I am connected to fibre, but why would it be four times slower? I'm even finding lag issues when watching internet channels on my YouView box, and it's not possible to have an any way decent speed on multiple devices at the same time.
