Whenever I use the internet on via Sky Go on the PS4 it crashes my Talk Talk router. It does it every 5-10 minutes making it highly frustrating to view anything. I've been told that an OCE can assist with the firmware for me? Is that correct?
I have updated my profile for my account and the router is a H633
