Dear community/admin,

I've only noticed over the last few days that my broadband speed is very low. I've run tests using the TalkTalk Speed Checker and I'm getting :

(1) Over WIFI - 4.16mb download 1.99 upload and 9ms latency

(2) Over cable - 3.87mb 1.97 upload and 8ms latency

When I first switched to 'super fast' fibre I was getting ~34mbs download - what is going on, please help.
