We were really looking forward to our Fibre Upgrade day, 11th Jan. I got the new Router and set it up, all working fine. Sure enough the morning of the 11th came, and we surprised to find ..... Nothing. We had been disconnected from the phone and broadband. That was 8 days ago.... This was followed by 8 painfully unhelpful people at Talk Talk service line, whom I called every day. Who could not fix my phone. 8 days!! for goodness sake. Get a grip or I am walking.
