Hi,
I need some help with my fibre internet connection, the main issue being the lowered sync speed. I was previously getting a stable connection speed of 79999 for many months prior to an issue late in December where there was no internet connection for a few hours late in the night. Since then my sync speed has been around 66968 down, uploading has not changed from 19999. Can I get help with increasing my sync speed back up to 79999?
