Dear Talktalk,
here i am writting again about the inconsistent internet connection, in another words inttermitency. After doens of phone conversations with your service providers, we tried to solve the problem in several ways possible,after those 3-4 months i could even write a book about my experience with your service alone and also even with your agents that used hang the call without saying anything and not even calling back with a negative rude attidute... to missed appointments by you saying that "you didn't answer" since i totally know that you did there . You guys even sent the agent to our home to have a look but what he has done is he checked the connection and didn't do anything with it and just left 5 minutes after he came saying he changed the channel(which i could change myself and even done it many times before him, but the problem didn't leave with it)
In the end you sent me another internet router( a replacement) which should solve all the problems. So after 5days of the router that has been dispatched, i didn't go for it since i didn't have time to go to the royal mail because of the early closing time, i noticed a more stable connection than ever(the stable connection was going on with the router that has had issues for months since we purcharsed it). It went on for 2 weeks and then suddenly the intermittency started attacking again, just like somebody else is controling it. Then i decided to go for the new router, after changing it, the unstable connection was still there, it was just weaker than before but it was still impposible to play the game comfortably!
This super powered broadband was supposed to be the fastest one you do, and yet it cannot hold even 3 people in the house using the internet just like everybody else while nobody downloaded anything.
This issue is getting super annoying since we pay for the most expensive internet while we are being robbed of our money and also the contract blocks us from changing the internet to change the service provider. I wonder if we will have to suffer like this for 1 more year to wait for the contract ends or i finally get a chance to come home after college/work to enjoy a few games or watching movies comfortably without getting this thing robbing me of my life nerves.
Please help a desperate custommer who trusted your company as a internet provider, who decided to pay more money just to have a more enjoyable nights after the exhausitng life duties....
