My fibre broadband is connecting at a lower speed than usual. I usually connect at around 37MB. This last week I've been experiencing slow browsing and slow downloading on my sky box. I rebooted and turned off my router for 30 mins but it will now only connect no higher than 26MB . I reported a fault yesterday and received a call from an Openreach engineer to say that he was checking my line but even after a short period this morning while it was being tested, I couldn't make any calls but once reconnected my broadband is still experiencing the same problem.
