Hi, firstly my net keeps cutting and the internet light on my router turns solid red. this happens mostly at night but very frequently and lasts a long while. I contacted talktalk and they arranged for an engineer who came and tested everything, I was told I would hear back from talktalk on the results but I did not hear anything back.
Anyways Im being charged fees and my bills are increasing and theyre charging late fees ontop of everything so Im getting a bill of around £43 just for my fibre broadband not including any landline charges which is insane and I decided to speak to someon on the chat since it popped up. I was explaining my problem but the person on the other side I think called Pranveen or something like that was really stubborn and just ended the chat on me mid conversation.
So where do I stand with you talktalk?
1) not delivering as prommised
2) not resolving the issue once I raised it with your team
3) increasing my charges
4) rude customer service
Is this really fair?
Im a masters student and really short on time but I still have to deal with this weight on my shoulders.
