Over the last week or so I have had problems with the internet connection. I have reported this via my mobile as it has also affected my land line. As I write this letter the internet has just cut out again!
I check the landline and instead of the dialling tone there is just a loud crackling, I then ring the land line from my mobile, it rings and the crackling disappears. I then ring my mobile, to check outgoing calls, and it is successful. The internet has also returned. As I said I reported this, they checked the land line and said it was okay. When it failed again I phoned back. They suggested an engineer and one was booked. The day before he was due everything was back to normal and I cancelled the engineer, in hindsight probably a mistake. All was okay for a day and a half, then back to the same old fault. I find it difficult to resolve this at your call centre.
I was thinking of taking up your offer of ‘Free Unlimited Fibre Broadband’ for 12 months. Would this be a solution or complicate matters?
I have had other problems sorted out most proficiently by the TalkTalk Community I thought perhaps this was the best route to sort out this ongoing problem.
Yours Sincerely

P.S.
I have tried all the usual disconnecting, waiting and reconnecting on the router and the You View Box to no avail.
