Hi, I've been getting the following error message whilst connected to my HG633 router;
"Your TalkTalk router is unable to connect because the DSL cable is not plugged in."
The DSL is definitely connected, and was working fine at 1am this morning when I went to bed, and hasn't worked since before I woke up this morning.
On the router, the Power, Wireless, and Ethernet lights are lit, but the Broadband and Internet ones aren't.
I've tried reset/power cycling the router, and neither of these have resolved the issue. I've also phoned and logged an issue with TalkTalk technical support, which has been passed to their networking team.
In the meantime, any suggestions on how I may be able to resolve this?
