Fibre speed

Hi all, looking for a bit of help.

I switched from Sky last week, after being tempted in by TT. I was to get double the speed, and for £5 per month cheaper than Sky.

I checked my speed after going live with TT, and it was falling between 36 and 38mb, wired. Wireless is offering 32-35mb, although upstairs this drops to around 27mb.

The speedchecks I've done every day since are consistent with my first test, with no ups or downs. However, I'm a bit concerned because I used to get 36mb wired with Sky (on their 48mb service), and around 30 wireless. When I signed up to TT, it was to the 76mb package, although it said my speed would be around 50. I've heard mention of BB speed fluctuating for the first 10 days or so (although I didn't think that was actually the case with fibre), but there has been no fluctuating, either up or down. As it stands, I don't want to pay extra for Large BB when I'm only actually getting Medium speeds. Will I be outside of my cooling off period by the time my BB speed has 'stabilised'?

I'd appreciate it if someone can confirm that my speed will get faster, because if not, there's no point in paying for Large.

Thanks Smile
