Our fibre broadband went live 28th jan 2016 and when I have tried to connect this message comes up 'the agent remote id presented by the DSLAM is incorrect FTTC1054016. I have called talktalk 3 times to be advised that an engineer will call as this is a network fault. No engineer has called yet and I am being passed around by talktalk staff. Please can an engineer resolve this problem asap. It is a common problem as I have seen and one that can be resolved by an engineer. Come on talktalk and resolve this issue asap please.
