hi
my fibre went live 25th...no internet...i had a brightsparks engineer out wed 27th he said he thinks openreach have switched the wrong switch in the junction box and it would be fixed within 48 hours.
well its been 7 days, cant get any sense out of talktalk customer service and cant speak to openreach. does anyone know how long these things can take or who i can speak to to find out? iv heard nothing off them, strarting to feel like they've just forgotten about it...
