Fibre upgrade, no Internet light on router, no sync error

Hi there,

I've just upgraded to fibre and my go live date was yesterday, so I waited until this morning to set everything up. Everything went ok, pc connected to the router, mobile, all good.

The problem has come when anything tries to connect to the Internet. I keep getting a No Sync error and the Internet light hasn't come on the router since its been switched on.

My phone line works and as I've got a standard plate on the master box I've used both micro filters that came with the router but so far no luck.

Any ideas, or is it likely that the router could be knackered from the get go?
