Started 11 Months ago started talk talk fibre large engineer arived to install and setup, bloke didnt even know what todo read the instructions asked for our old Open reach vdsl modem then installed that and pluged out new talk talk router in. so confidence wasnt hi then anyway he asked to start laptop and run a online speed test straight away awfull results 14Mb/s but no no he said that would gain to the 57mb/s min i was told. so ten days went passed and it got worse spent Hours on the phone to talk talk runnng pointless tests on the line no problem could be seen. so another engineer came out looked at the wiring inside the property nope no problems here ok so must be the line in??? but he cant do anything as hes not from open reach so off we go again another few hours on the phione to talk talk. eventually another open reach engineer comes out but i need to talk a day off for him to anaylise the line to my property, i get a call from him saying iv requested a call no i havent i was told i had to be there, anyway he arives informs me i dont have to be there at all he doesnt even need acces to my property, anyway he runns few tests as i fear 55Mb/s would be a push but hey ho iv got 57mb/s. months pass and today im getting between 40 - 18mb/s. I Spent 2 hours online on sunday getting passed between technical departments customer service departments and loyaltiy departments. so i asked to have a customer service manager to ring me ASAP to discuss this problem, "yes yes yes sir no problem" i get told il book a apointment for one to ring you it will be between 2-4 pm that day ok excelent i might be getting somewhere..... No i get a Phone call at 3.50 from a technical team member to run more line tests in nearly 12 months into my 18 month contract and iv very much had enough of this horrendous service iv never dealt with such a poor customer service department. this is my last attempt to get through to this mess of a company!! first they cant even deliver the product i ask for then they try to charge me for a open reach visit after they told me to take a day out of work even tho i didnt need to, then theres the fact all i ever get is emails and letters saying your bill is goin up, why so you can spend more of my money not delivering the service i should get and losing many customers details to hacking, brilliant service talk talk, lets see if anything gets done now !!!!! All I want is to leave talk talk iv had enough !!!!
