I had a problem with slow speed broadband for months i finally manged to get hold of someone who was willing to sort the problem, they offered to upgrade me to Fibre as it was now avaviable in my area, which was great, yet from following day i had no internet at all. and i havnt since, my fibre wasmeant to go live but becuase of this continuing issue that wont work ever and the CEO i spoke with is reluctant to help because according to her system everythings fine.
The error that appears when i plug in directly shows : No cable Connected and No internet Access
The PC also says DNS Server isnt responding.
The phone is unusable as they is interference down the line
We live in a very remote area so we dont get much mobile phone signal so rely on the internet to do important personal business banking etc It has costs us lots in adding data to our mobiles since this issue.
This cant go on for any longer it is ridiculous , iam poaying for a service iam not recieveing and no one wants to help or solve the issue, they dont understand the added pressure and stress this adds when you are unable to do such things.
If anyone on here could help i would much appreciate it
