I upgraded to 78Mb fibre 19/01/2016. With the 38Mb service, my download speed was around 22Mb. With the upgrade to 78Mb, there has been no change to the download speed but the upload speed has increased from 1.9Mb to 14.5Mb. I've used other speed test sites and their results correlate with TalkTalk's Internet Speed Test . I have downloaded a number of large files and Firefox reflects a download speed of 2.6MB/sec. I would appreciate a response.
