Frequent Drop in Connection

Hello,
My fibre broadband has been experiencing a constant drop in connection across all the devices at home I’ve used. There seems to be an issue with some sort of packet loss as when I try gaming or downloading, the ping is nowhere near stable when gaming or the downloads drop down to 0 every 20 seconds. All devices are wired via an Ethernet cable and Ive changed the cables, disconnected the router multiple times to see if it that may resolve the issue but it still persists.
Here is the Line quality check from the router:
Line Quality
Upstream line rate (kbit/s):
1999
Downstream line rate (kbit/s):
40000
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB):
29.7
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB):
17.6
Upstream interleave depth:
0
Downstream interleave depth:
0
Line standard:
VDSL
Upstream line attenuation (dB):
21.1
Downstream line attenuation (dB):
10.8
Upstream output power (dBm):
6.9
Downstream output power (dBm):
12.8
Downstream interleave depth:

I suspect the upstream noise safety coefficient maybe causing the problem. The phone line seems fine and clear and there are no sound drops.
Please can you kindly look into this for me,
Thanks
