We upgraded to medium fibre on January the 18th and initial speed tests over wireless was giving us download results of 34 to 37 Mbps and upload of slightly above 2.
Checking 3 weeks later we are now getting around 20 Mbps download, but still slightly above 2 for upload.
Just wondered why it's dropped by a third and is there anything in your end you could adjust to give us those faster speeds?
We had this issue at an old address and asking on here helped get it sorted.
