New Talktalk fibre customer, after switching from BT fibre.
Switch over date of 11h Feb 06. Got email stating service live at about midday.
Hoped it would be just a straight switch of routers (unplug home hub and set up new talktalk router). Did this, but an getting "intermittent Sync" error. Minor amounts of data are getting through as my Nest thermostat very occaisionly goes online, but for internet browsing use, I'm getting nothing. Left it overnight expecting it to sort itself this morning, but it hasn't.
Tried running from BT test socket, and from main socket but no different.
Any advice for rectifying problem, as using tethered mobile broadband which is eating away at my data allowance.
