Phone line down since 09/02/2016

Hello, Talk Talk SuperPowered Fibre Broadband  (SPFB) client here.

 

My phone line and my SPFB has been down for 3 days now and counting. No dial tone. Zero. Zip. Done the pertinent tests and checkings, and  I was told on the phone there was a problem in my area exchange and that Openreach was dealing with it and was asked to contact Talk talk again in 48 hours.

 

48 hours after the fault is still on going and after contacting the service desk again no one was aware of any Exchange fault nor any Openreach call.  

 

After I had to trick the inhumane robot answering machine into letting me talk to a human and being, I was put on  hold for 40 minutes listening to a desperately annoying music. Finally  I managed to  talk to someone from the faults team who could not help me or was not aware of the case history. Just told me to wait another 72 hours, just like that, one week without internet nor news of what's going on for sure.

 

Unfortunately , the "check my status website", which is the best way to check the line status  is still down since the hack attack last year, 5 months ago and counting, so not a clue what's going on with the fault nor the service desk call. Is there one at all opened or it just all bogus?

 

As you would understand, I am getting desperate, and of course still being charged for an expensive fibre contract that is not working.  Also no  decent customer service in sight.
