Good Evening,
Have been experinecing this issue for the past few days now. Late in the evening my ping increases dramaticly, making downloads and gaming near impossible. As someone who has bought fibre for this very reason, it is a bit fustrating. (download speed drops to kb's...)
I am currently on a wired connection and talktalk's own line check does not detect any problems. In fact, any speed test site shows the "normal" values, not what I'm experiecing online or during a download.
I've noticed a lot of these posts are replied with requests for phone numbers to be included in the profile settings. I do not have a land line with talktalk, or anyone for that matter. I simply have the router.
Any help is appreciated, as experiencing this for any length of time is not ideal.
