I am really upset by the poor response I have had from TalkTalk regarding my broadband connection.
For nearly two weeks now I have had a hopeless service which is continually dropping the internet.
When I call they make noises like they are waiting for Openreach to update them but as I say it has been a long time now since we have had little or no service and they told me their service level agreement stated 72 hours.
Is there anyone I should complain to to try to get this fixed. It also affects the TV of course and my free SKY registration is just being wasted.
