Fibre Large Line Speed

I last week upgraded to 'Fibre Large' offer ing line speeds up to 76Mb/s and DLM started.

Endless los of connections and varying line speeds all week.

I realised half way through the week thet my router was not connected to the master socket but to another socket within the household phone network that was boxed like a master socket.

I have since located the master socket and the following is my set up:

1. Router HG633

2. Router wired connected directly to the correct master internal socket, by passing any influence from house phone wiring.

3. House is two hundred yards from the street BT Green Box.

4. Wiring from pole to house renewed five years ago and is good.

5.Router to master socket 1m, Router to my MAC 1m, both  CAT6.

6. Router is interleaved with Downstream Depth of 2801 and Downstream Line Rate of 52129.

Currently getting varying line speeds - average 40Mb/s  (approx half the speed contracted).

I think perhaps that my line speed has been assessed incorrectly due to my poor connectivity throughout most of the DLM period.

Can anyone suggest the quickest route to provide an acceptable line speed of quote 'Up To 76Mb/s line speed?
