When I first got my Fast Fibre I was getting 65-70Mb/s.
Progressively this has fallen to 45Mb/s, over Christmas 40Mb/s.
5th chat in a year with tech support, lasting over 2 hours.
Outcome reboot router and contact then in 48 hours if nothing has changed.
After 20 years I have now had enough will they let me leave without penalty?
