Here we go yet again! Fibre down now speeds halved and patchy.

Had our fibre speeds fixed last summer. Took months to sort out and won compensation for the months of trouble caused. Now today our internet went right off. Then when it came back on speeds have dropped under half what they normally are. As you can see from the pictures provided. Speeds are normally around 66MB up and 16MB down. Today they have dropped to around 30MB down and 0.8MB up and connection is very patchy on and off with speeds fluctuating from just 4MB to 25MB. Paying for 76MB. Everything in the house was new last August. Senior Engineer fitted everything new inside the premises.
