Hi all,
I am suffering VPN issues with my new "super" router like many other people are on this forum.
I am using Cisco AnyConnect and I can make the initial IKE connection fine and all my upstream traffic thereafter is being recieved by the ASA and it is sending data back . However, my AnyConnect client sees 0 bytes. So looks like the router is silently dropping these inbound packets. There is nothing in the logs and there are no obvious firewall settings which seem to control this.
From reading around on this forum, it seems a firmware update might fix this. I'm running 1.5t currently. Has anyone found that 1.6 has solved this issue? If so, can someone at TT please upgrade my router?
When talking to support, they just send me round in circles asking if i'm using wireless / does my phone work etc. So don't think they understand my issue.
Btw, my old TT router worked fine and didn't block traffic like this. Beginning to wish I never upgraded as I can't work with this router and my connection was actually more stable before getting fibre!
Many thanks,
Steve
