service center (cant report my faults..so here they are.)

i was told to use service center to report an issue with my internet but it gives me no option to report anything all i get is the phone numbers and live chat i cant even check the status of my internet..

 

so im reporting my fault here as im sick of it now iv gave talktalk the benfit of the doubt but enough is enough

 

my faults are..

1,internet speed is inconsistant

2 internet keeps dropping out 

3,at exactly 9;45pm to 8;00am next day internet goes down(not every day just monday,wedensday and sunday)

4,all my devices keep disconecting from the router (wireless and wired devices)

 

 

telephone

1,we are getting voice msgs when not reciving any calls(yes our phone works we tried 3 diffrent ones and they all rang)

2,the bill cap on our phone is set to £10 but rarely gets activated when we reach that limit

 

not a fault but still pretty anoying

3,when we dont use the phone im still getting txt messages stating we are nearly at our limit (how this can be possible is beyond me as we all use our mobiles to call out 90% of the time..

 

there you go my faults have been logged from the 24/2/2016 

i honestly cant deal with anymore poor service..
