Moved fibre to our new house yesterday, activation date was yesterday.
BT guys activated the line, which is working / synced (shows speeds of 80MB / 20MB - excellent!)
But the broadband never connects & shows a constant amber light
Have switched off the HG633 for 20 minutes but this makes no difference
Internet status page shows 'connecting'
Strangely, we were on a live chat to Talktalk last night regarding a billing issue
They did some tests and we were online for about 3 minutes / light green, did a speed test etc.
But after the live chat the connection dropped and it's not been back on since
Any help appreciated (been trying the live chat for the last 1.5 hours but it's always busy)
