I had a talktalk engineer out to my house on Saturday and was told I would be informed on the same day of when the openreach visit would take place. I still haven't had any notification as to when it will be and as it was already short notice getting time off work so I am at home for the visit is now going to be a pain.
I have tried calling the help number but I just get an automated message and never get put through to a real person. I tried message @talktalkcare got a reply then nothing.
Is there someone here who can look into this and let me know when this openreach appointment will be?

Edit: Someone has finally called me to confirm the appointment. This has taken all day and I have had to try 3 methods to get in touch with talktalk what kind of support is this? Why can't I call you up speak to a real person, quote my reference number and get some help?
