Recently I am having trouble connecting to my e-mail server at one of my domain hosting companys.
It does occasionally work, but mainly not working. (I make no changes to my router or PC)
I cannot get any connection from my fibre broadband service, but if I connect via my mobile (talktalk vodafone) i can connect.
I have tried with telnet commands, and pinging and tracerouting, but nothing gets through.
I have an identical web based e-mail service, which works fine, different domain name though.
trying to connect to "mail.exoticmango.co.uk" but nothing from broadband gets a response, mobile data is OK.
Domain hosting company say there are no blocks on my account, and suggest talktalk may have a block on it.
I have opened all ports in my router (even tried DMZ), and turned off all firewalls in my PC, but still no connection.
Is it possible there are blocks to this web host? How do i check, and how can i remove them?
