HELP- Fibre Maximum Red Light,nothing but problems with TalkTalk

Pushed from pillar to post.
Tearing my hair out.
Nothing but problems since signing up to Talk Talk Maximum Fibre.

Signed up to Talk Talk 28th January 2016.

Allegedly to have engineer & go live 12th February 2016.

I am still not online.

BT Openreach engineer, went all out, above the call of duty, on 21st March 2016. Tested everything. Done all he could.
He says BT do not have the port numbers. He tested absolutely everything.

Still the red light is on the router HG633.

All I ever seem to do is call Talk Talk, told to wait for 72hrs.
Wait again for 72 hours for my next update.
Get manager to call back in 72 hours.
Wait.
Wait more.
And..... Wait again.
