just been on to talktalk about our internet that keeps dropping out but every time we ring up it comes back on, had this same configuration for over a year without problems so what is going on all of a sudden,
of course the old favorite comes out we will send an engineer out with the usual terms and conditions in other words it will cost us so i asked to speak to the loyaly team to sort something out and the answer was i have to agree to pay £300 cancellation fee before they would even speak to us, is this even legal i don`t know
i suppose this is just the standard you learn to expect from these guys customer service zero roll on november ,
