My talktalk modem now requires restart every morning and sometimes even during the day. I have enjoyed a few years of almost perfect connectivity with the same devices.
I am finding that connection is lost almost every night and will never reestablish on its own. Instead I must reset the modem. Note here that I mean the modem (ECI Model: B-FOCuS V-2FUb/I Rw B) and not the black router (Huawei HG533). The router is still reachable and displays no broadband connection. I do not need to cycle the power of the router, only the modem's.
I have tried factory resetting the router but the issue persists. Note this not a wireless issue ect as problem is across all connected devices in the house.
I suspect therefore this is a hardware fault but if you could please advise.
Thanks in advance.
