I'm at my the end of my tether with Talk Talk.
I have had a continual line fault which has still to be rectified, it has been ongoing for over 6 months. Line crashes and can only be rectified by rebooting router.
Upgraded to fibre today and now have a lower line speed than when on ADSL down to 4.6Mps from 8Mbps.
Have reported numerous times and still not rectified.
Any suggestions to escalate?
