new modem

why is it i have to have 2 modems plugged in to get fast broadband

and when i ring up just get a load of dribble and get told will help me when my contract is ending

i will get a free modem when i renew

ive been a customer over 5 years now and never get nothing you no what when my contract is up it can do one

never look after exsiting customers or long time ones just throw all the ofers to atract new customers

talk about once you join you dont matter thats so true all they wanted me to do was set up new security and also had to ask loads of times to repeat what they said as couldnt understand them

sorry to say but for a long time customer your customer service sucks and you loyalty to long time customers sucks as well unless i pay for something that new customers get for free not a chance so what im going to do is work out how much a month it cost me to have 2 things plugged into mains then ask you to deduct this off my bill
