If you want to leave TalkTalk because of poor speeds and poor service, contact talktalk record conversation explaining why you want to leave make sure you explain to them that they have voided their contract, with slow speeds and poor call centre service, cancel your direct debit before they empty your bank account. Collect any literature posted through your letter box from talktalk that says they will never slow you down even in peak hours. If talktalk want to take you to court for not paying an extravagant bill you will have all the information to hammer them. GOOD LUCK.
