On my 2nd HG633, and whilst all household wifi devices 'see' the router, the connection keeps dropping.TT tech have talked me through the numerous solutions and still the problem remains.So, if all devices see the router, why won't devices connect?I've changed channels umpteen times,which will work,but after some time it starts playing silly *@#][!![]'#[@#]!*!!!!My kids are going to disown me if it's not sorted soon...and virgin continue to decimate the rainforest with their 'flyers' which are becoming VERY attractive with the deals being offered.No issues when wired,though.
Now waiting for the engineer to tell me what's to do. However,I'm not a happy bunny,and I am desperate for answers on the inconsistancy of the wifi
Is the HG633 really that poor, or does it need some upgrade? Or do I deserve a replacement?
