Can you please raise a job with BT Openreach to reset my DLM again and maybe come up with a permanent fix to my internet issues?
Due to my location and the length of overhead cable to my property I have unstable connection. Due to the unstable connection, DLM keeps lowering my speed.
I don't get 24 hours of continuous connection so will never get the 9+ days needed for the DLM to auto increase the speed. The speed only ever gets slower and slower.
Currently getting just under 2MB. I don't think anything will be done about the length of the overheads for 1 customer so what can be done about the DLM?
